More Info
  • Pendulums can be used for divination, they can be of great support when we are looking for confirmation about a decision.
  • There are various different ideas as to how pendulums work, from those who believe that the pendulum picks up & works with the electro-magnetic energies given off by people & places; to others who believe that pendulums connect with a great source of energy that aids us to locate things & receive guidance via a yes or no answer.
  • The most common way that we work with a pendulum is to discover answers to questions that require a ‘yes’ or ‘no’ answer. Before we can ask any questions we need to know how the pendulum will convey the ‘yes’ & ‘no’. The easiest way to do this is to cleanse the pendulum (under water is usually fine), then holding the chain of the pendulum in one hand & placing the palm of your other hand under the point of the pendulum ask it to show you yes. At this point the pendulum should begin to move, common movements are a clockwise or anti-clockwise circle, or swinging back & forth. Once the pendulum has shown you the movement for yes, this process is repeated, but this time for the movement for the answer ‘no’ to be shown. Once you have a clear movement for these answers you can then begin to dowse & ask the pendulum questions.
