DELIVERY
We aim to have your order processed & sent within 24 hours, however we ask that you allow 5 working days for delivery. If the order is urgent please let us know, & we will do our very best & send it ASAP!
RETURNS & SWAPS
We understand that buying crystals online is sometimes difficult, we will not send you items that we are not 100% happy with ourselves. If however you are not completely satisfied we will gladly swap your item your item all we ask is you please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
SPECIAL REQUESTS
If you are looking for something specific please let us know. The website contains our main lines but we have a showroom full of crystals - & we don't have it we will do our best to source it for you!
BREAKAGES
If there are any breakages please us notify within 24 hours.
VAN SERVICE
Our van service runs nationwide - if you would like a visit please contact us to arrange an appointment - please note minimum spend is generally £200 +VAT unless we have other appointments in the area, in which case there is no minimum order.
VISIT THE SHOWROOM
